Post Hotel & Spa - Lake Louise

Cozy entrance and cute staff made me feel at home.

Unfortunately, there was no refrigerator in our room, quite inconvenient. The room service didn't stay open late enough. It was frustrating that the tea pots were small and provided minimal channels on the TV without the hassle of logging into my account.

The appetising food was a good touch.

My a double room was available with central heating, a safe, and a sitting area. Location: the hotel was very close to the lake as well as the mountains.

Loved the cozy lounge by the fireplace and the soothing hot tub. The turn-down service with snacks was a good touch!

Location: the hotel was very close to train tracks and a bubbling river. I randomly popped in Javalanche Cafe serving some pastries, located just a short walk away from the property, it was nice: D

Nice atmosphere with flowers everywhere. They have live music on weekends, which adds a fun touch. Room lacked a fridge, making it hard to store snacks.

Beautiful setting, peaceful atmosphere, with free wi-fi and a lovely indoor swimming pool, made our stay enjoyable.

Very beautiful setting. Conveniently located close to Louise Lake. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea in the morning. The indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

The room had a charming old-world vibe, but it felt outdated and could definitely use a refresh. I was excited about the cozy setup, and the beds were super comfy like clouds. But, there were small issues, like a leaking hot water tap we had to call about. The fridge was missing.

Our stay was amazing, especially enjoying the saltwater pool and relaxing in the steam room after days filled with hiking! The beautiful flowers and turn down service at night were lovely touches that made us feel special. Just a heads up, breakfast ended a bit early for us, but we’d definitely come back for the great vibes! 😊

Great stay with comfy vibes!

We had a blast hanging out at the cozy lobby while sipping complimentary coffee. Our room was super spacious and the beds reminded me of clouds! The breakfast buffet was yum, but the coffee service could be a bit slow in the mornings. Just remember to set your alarm if you're a late riser!

The spa service is amazing! The fitness room needs more working machines.

The staff here was fantastic and really helped us out, plus our room had bathtubs which was a lovely touch.

The room was incredibly comfortable and exceptionally nice, with a great location close to Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and Louise Lake.

The location was particularly good against the mountains. I was satisfied with the exceptionally comfortable room. There were a shower, hair dryers, and terry bath robes just in case. the bar was great.
